Worthy Wednesday: Arts in the Valley

~Arts in the Valley~

A place where Ideas and Art Bloom

Today I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Kim McMillion on the radio show Arts in the Valley, based out of Merced California. Here I am, just moments after juicing my lunch and still in my kickboxing clothes and looking over footage for the The F-Word and I get the call.

Kim and I have been emailing back and forth about Meganda Films turning 3 on the west coast, on June 1st, 2013, and she expressed her interest in interviewing me.  We set up the day and time and I couldn’t have been more excited. My interview with Kim showcased Meganda Films’ work to date, and where we see ourselves going in years to come. She was so pleasant and supportive of my “little engine” on the east coast.

Our interview will go live this weekend. If you are on the west coast take a listen, or if you are not you can find the interview at: http://artsinthevalley.wordpress.com or http://www.radiomerced.com

Arts in the Valley is hosted by Kim McMillon on 1480 KYOS in Merced, CA. Merced County has a vibrant arts community that Arts in the Valley showcases along with local and national authors. Arts in the Valley often has theme shows where topics of health, healing, women’s issues, and topics of interest to our listeners are discussed.

Happy Worthy Wednesday!

I guess this is what it looks like to be interviewed from the other side of the country

You must first learn to walk, before you can learn to run…
